SUMMER CAMP
The Palmetto Youth Center’s Summer Camp is offered to the community’s youth for at least 8 weeks during the summer months. It is designed to provide a positive alternative for working parents and is operational from 6:30 am until 6:00 pm., Monday through Friday.
The camp begins in June and concludes in August. Lunch is provided for the children from the USDA food program.

ACTIVITIES
Instructors supervise indoor and outdoor free play periods, games and any other social activities.
Children also take part in extra-curricular activities in the form of weekly field trips which include:

Disney World
Lowry Park Zoo
Celebration Station
Court System
County Library

Adventure Island
